Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was outstanding, right on the River Walk in downtown San Antonio, offering direct access to the vibrant surroundings. However, the room I stayed in had issues like a glass door providing no privacy and areas not being properly cleaned. The service was top-notch with friendly and attentive staff, although some issues couldn't be resolved promptly. The dining experience was a letdown with overpriced and poor quality food, yet the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the room was a bit small for the money I paid and overlooking the pool on the 3rd floor, with a view of the road through a small window, it was somewhat noisy. However, the service was fantastic, with friendly staff who even helped me get the room I preferred and even took off the cost for my valet. The location was the only good thing about this hotel, being right next to the riverwalk. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, as I found it overpriced and ended up feeling sick afterward.
The hotel had pros and cons. The rooms were freezing cold and did not warm up easily, and the shared balcony was a nice surprise. Despite being smaller than expected, the staff were quite helpful though some TVs were faulty. The location, right on the river walk and close to all the action, was the best feature. The dining experience was excellent, especially with hot omelettes, but the price was a bit high. Overall, it's a cozy spot for families and group travelers.
